The wizard also supports VB.NET now

Now you can find the same wizard from the Visual Basic project type node. After you follow exactly the same instructions a VB.NET project for Revit addin will be created for you.

In this version, the Revit product combo box will be properly populated, the Start Revit when debugging check box is enabled, and the API Lib path will be defaulted as the installation path of the chosen Revit product:
