RevitAddinWizard Build 0.9.2.1 and Visual Studio 2010

Not sure if you have tried out the build and noticed something.

In Visual Studio 2010, the Revit Addin Coder and Revit Addin Widget sub menus under the Tools main menu have been suppressed in the build. It can avoid possible  mix-ups in the Revit Addin Coder and the Revit Addin Widget toolbars by doing so. The IDE of the Visual Studio 2010 is not consistent enough as far as menus and toolbars are concerned. Sometimes the same code behaves well but sometimes not. Either way, the same code works well in the Visual Studio 2008.

If you use the Revit Addin Coder and Widget menus a lot and the changes affect your work much, please do let us know. We will see if we can do something further to get the menus back and still behave normal in Visual Studio 2010.
